  3. 1/4 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. 2Tomato medium
  5. 1 tspSambhar powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to the pan and heat.

    Add onion and saute till translucent and then add ginger garlic paste to it.

  3. 3

    After the raw smell of ginger garlic paste vanish, add tomatoes and saute till a gravy consistency comes.

    Then add sambhar powder and salt to the gravy and sprinkle some water to cook the gravy without burning.

    Finally add the bread by crushing it including the sides of the bread so that nothing gets wasted

    Garnish with freshly cut coriander leaves and serve hot.
