Ingredients

10 chapatis
  1. 500 gall purpose flour
  2. 200 gpumpkin
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 2 tbssugar
  5. Warm water as needed but I used 1/4 a cup

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pumpkin till mashy

  2. 2

    Blend or mash

  3. 3

    Add salt sugar and flour and knead

  4. 4

    And water in bits knead to form a smooth dough

  5. 5

    Put a tablespoon of oil in a bowl and put the dough let it rest for 10 mins.

    Divide the dough into two.

    Roll each ball into a circle apply some cooking oil and cut into strips

  8. 8

    Fold each strips to form layers when rolling. Now roll into a circle

  9. 9

    Preheat pan and cook the chapati by adding oil on each side as you turn

  10. 10

    It's ready to serve with your favorite stew
