Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder in buttermilk

Now put a thick pan on gas, add 2tbs pure ghee, heat it add hing, rai daana, green chilli, cumin seed, crackle them, now add buttermilk mixture in it, continuous stiring till boiling start in low medium falme now cook kadi about 15min,kadi now reday add boondi in it and off the flame

Now place in it a bowl, take a tadka pan, add some ghee in it put hing rai daana, cumin seed in it and crackle them and spred this on kadi kadi ready enjoy this rice or roti
