Take a broad pan heat oil and roast fox nuts. Take out in a plate. Cut cashewnuts and almond in two pieces.

Now in same oil crackle cuminseeds add asofoetida curry leaves crushed pepper saute,add peanuts chana gram cashewnuts and almond kismiss saute properly. Add all masala salt mix well.

Now add murmure. Toss all mixture. Add roasted fox nuts toss 4-5on mid to slow flame, so all masala mix well.Turn off flame add sugar powder chaat masala and citric acid. Mix and serve.
