Cooking Instructions

Wash,Peel and empty the bitter gourds from inside.

Now dust bitter gourds with gram flour and salt.Keep for twenty minutes.

Now deep fry them until get brown in colour.
- 4
Now grind or finely chop onions,green chillies.Add all spices.Roast by adding oil until the mixture gets brown.
- 5
Now fill the prepared mixture into the fried bitter gourds.Now Add one tsp of oil in nonstick pan and crisp the Karelas to taste.

Serve with Chapatis or paranthas.
