Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1/4 cupcurd
  8. 1 tsp onion seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Seive wheat flour in all purpose flour s net.

    Add all the ingredients in large mixing bowl except oil mix it all and knead a dough with Lukewarm water.

    Add oil and mash it with hand slowly. Make a soft dough. And keep it at any hot place for 2-3 hours.

    Now heat griddle and pick a small piece from it. Dust it in flour and roll a medium to thick roti, stick some onion seeds on it. now sprinkle water on it and spread it all over.

    Now put this side down on griddle after 2 -3 minutes hold griddle with it's handle and turn it on flame and shake it slowly for cooking all the sides.

    Remove it and spread butter or ghee on it and serve it.
