In a bowl, mix the chicken with yogurt, chickpea flour, all the spices, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, red food coloring, dried fenugreek leaves, black salt, and mustard oil. Cover and let it marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

In a non-stick pan, add 1 teaspoon of ghee and place the chicken pieces. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then uncover and cook on both sides until the chicken is done. Turn off the heat.

Place a grill rack over the stove and lightly grill the chicken pieces.
