Ingredients

  1. (Make cheena for Rusmalai Rabrdi*)
  2. 1 kgmilk
  3. 1 tblscornflour
  4. 2 tblslemon juice
  5. 1 glassIced cold water
  6. (For Rabrdi)
  7. Cheena from 1 litter milk
  8. 1/2litter milk
  9. 1/2 cupshugar
  10. 3-4cardamoms
  11. (For falooda savaiyan)
  12. 1/2 cupcornflour
  13. 1+ 1/4 cup water (swa cup)
  14. 1 tblsshugar
  15. (For Assemblin Falooda)
  16. 2 cupsRusmallai Rabrdi
  17. 1 cupmango cubes
  18. 1 tblsChia seed (tukhambalanga)
  19. cubesRed jelly
  20. cubesGreen jelly
  21. 1 cupFalooda savaiyan
  22. 2 tblsSliced Almonds
  23. 1 cupkulfa ice cream(optional)
  24. Few coloured cham cham

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Milk boil kr lien or stove turn off kr lemon juice 1 tbls at a time daalien or mix kr lien. Jab milk curdle ho jaye or pani alag ho jaye to cloth mien hand kr dein taa k paani nikal jaye.

    1 hour bd cheena dish mien nikal ker 1 tbls cornflour add krein or achi terha palm ki madad se mix krein. Smooth ho jaye to nikal lien its like cream cheese.

    Eik bowl mien cornflour or pani mix kr k stove pr rakhien or medium flame pr continously cook krein yahan tk k better transparent ho jaye. Isko piping bag ya machine mien jo available ho daal lien.

    Iced cold water prepare kr lien uss mien jesa size chahiye wesa pipe krty jayein. (Note* Better thandaa hony se pehly icer water mien daalien otherwise savaiyan theak nahi bny gi). Make 2 colours jellys

    Cardamom, shugar or cheena ko rabrdi milk mien mix kr lien or hali aanch pr pkayein yahan tk k wo thick ho jaye. Chia seed ko soak kr lie. Chamcham are ready.

    Time for assembling. First add Rabrdi milk then add savaiyan then chia seeds.

    Then add jellies and ice cream garnish with mangoes, almonds and cham cham. Yummmmmm
