I had a bunch of peaches that were getting too ripe so I needed something to do with them, so I just made this recipe up on the fly.
I think the mix would be good with any fruit, just add 1/4 cup more sugar and subtract the can of fruit.

Ingredients

  1. 4-5large fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1small can peaches heavy syrup
  4. 1 1/2 cupsBisquick or pioneer mix
  5. 3/4 cupsugar
  6. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  7. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  8. 1 stickbutter
  9. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Turn oven to 375 add butter to a casserole dish and melt it while you mix your ingredients, should only take a few minutes

    Add your peaches to butter and stir up a bit

  3. 3

    Mix all of your other ingredients well and dump it all on top of your peaches

  4. 4

    Place your dish on a cookie sheet and place on the center rack and bake for 45 minutes

  5. 5
