Ingredients

Hour or more

  1. 2Large Potatoes
  2. 2Large Carrots
  3. 2Large Turnips
  4. CupLeeks
  5. CupParsley
  6. 1Medium Chopped Onion
  7. 3Big Deboned Chicken Fillets
  8. CupSpaghetti/Macaroni
  9. 50 mloil
  10. PacketChicken Soup
  11. 3Chicken Stock Cubes
  12. 1and a Half lt Water

Cooking Instructions

    Fry your chopped Onion and Chicken till medium done. Add the cup of Parsley and stir to mix well. Now layer for layer add your grated Turnips, Carrots and Potatoes. Stir well to mix all the ingredients. Add some spices at this stage if you want too.

    Mix 500ml hot water with stock cubes and add to your soup mix, stirring occasionally till veggies is tender but not over cooked. Now add another 500ml water and add cup of Leeks, cook till tender. Add another 500ml water.

    Add your cup of pasta and cook till pasta is ready. I use this Chicken BBQ sauce, 2 x tablespoons, stir in well and let your soup simmer for another 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. And serve.

    Served with toast and melted cheese or cheese buns. The choice is yours. Bon Appétit.
