Ingredients

  1. 1red onion
  2. 2small potatoes
  3. 6-7small zucchini
  4. 1/4k frozen broccoli
  5. 2small carrots
  6. 3thin fillets chicken
  7. 1-2 tspminced garlic
  8. Salt, pepper, spices -
  9. 1.2 Lhot water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Without adding any oils, butter. Stir on medium heat, chopped chicken, chopped onion, garlic with black pepper, cumin, salt, cinnamon, bay leaves, 1/8 tsp chili powder (tiny pinch)

    After a few minutes of sautéing add chopped potatoes and carrots, let cook covered for about 8-10 minutes on low heat. Stirring.

    Add hot water and broccoli and zucchini, let boil on low heat for another 10-15 minutes or until the water and vegetables have combined into a colourful broth.

I got breast pains every time I tried. It was nothing serious, probably hormones issues, so be careful that by time your body might not accept it. Round two hcg diet started 28 feb 2016. Started hcg diet 25/11/14. Did post hcg recipes.
