  4. Tomatoes

    Wash the carrots, potatoes amd tomatoes

    Peel the carrots and potatoes. You can leave the skin on if you wish.

    Take a skewer and insert it from one end.

    Using a chopboard, start cutting diagonally. Rotate the potato as you cut until the whole potato is cut. Do the same with carrots

    Rub butter on the spirals. Sprinkle spices of your choice.

    Bake in a 160 degrees preheated oven until they turn brown at the edge. Serve

  7. 7

    For tomato. Place them in hot water for easy removal of the skin. Remove the skin and cut into tiny cubes. Place in a pan and add a little oil, salt and spices. Let it cook until soft.
