Simple grilled butter chicken

Bahan-bahan

  1. Chicken meat, can use boneless (I use breast part), cut into medium pieces
  2. Marinate ingredients:
  3. Half teaspoon salt (I'm pregnant so I do sugar and salt diet)
  4. 1inch fresh turmeric, grind (can use turmeric powder as well. I'd prefer fresh turmeric because more aromatic)
  5. Cooking ingredients:
  6. Onion, slice thin (I use half onion)
  7. 2tablespoon chilli sauce (I use Life chilli sauce)
  8. 1tablespoon butter or margarine (I use Daisy soft margarine)
  9. 3tablespoon sweet soy sauce (I use ABC Kecap Manis)

Cara Membuat

    Marinate the chicken with mixture of turmeric and salt ±15 mins

  2. 2

    Preheat the pan with low fire, then put the chicken, let sizzle each side ±1 mins then pour 2 tablespoon of oil. Stir abit to make the oil spread evenly, then cover the pan. Flip each chicken every 5 to 7 mins until all sides cooked. Keep the fire low

  3. 3

    After the chicken cooked, put sliced onion, stir until fragrant then cover the pan ±1 min (I do that to caramelise the onion)

  4. 4

    Put on the chilli sauce, stir evenly until all chicken covered, then put on the sweet soy sauce. Stir again, then put on the butter/margarine, stir until melted and mixed.
