  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour (2 cup tepung serbaguna)
  2. 3very ripe bananas, well mashed. (3 buah pisang, haluskan)
  3. 2eggs, well beaten (2 butir telur, kocok Sampson tercampur rata)
  4. 1/2 cupsugar (1/2 cup gula pasir)
  5. 1/4 cupbrown sugar (1/4 gula merah)
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt (1 sendok teh garam)
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking soda (1 sendok teh soda kue)
  8. 1/2 cupbuttermilk (1/2 cup buttermilk)
  9. 1/2 cupbutter, softened (1/2 cup mentega, suhu ruangan)
  10. 1 teaspoonvanilla (1 sendok teh vanilla)
  11. 1/2 cupcoarsely chopped walnuts (walnut, rajang kasar)

Cara Membuat

    Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan (Panaskan oven di suhu 350 F. (Oles loyang roti ukuran 9x5 inch dengan mentega dan tepung terigu)

    In another bowl, combine well flour, salt, baking soda. (Dalam wadah lain campur merata tepung serbaguna, garam dan soda kue)

    In large standing mixing bowl, mix well butter and sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla and buttermilk. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in flour mixture. Mix until moistened. (Dalam wadah mixer ukuran besar, campur rata gula dan mentega. Masukkan telur, pisang, vanilla dan buttermilk. Campur dengan kecepatan sedang sampai halus. Kemudian masukkan campuran tepung. Aduk sampai tercampur rata)

    Fold in chopped walnuts til just combined. (masukkan walnut, campur)

    Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 1.5 hours or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan to a cooling rack. (Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang roti. Panggang selama 1.5 jam atau sampai tusuk bagian tengah kue dengan tusuk gigi, dan tidak ada adonan yang masih menempel. Biarkan dingin selama 10 menit.
