Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 200 gramsspinach
  2. 200 gramssuva
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1large large tomato
  5. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  6. 3 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric
  8. 1 tspred Chilli powder
  9. As per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and then cut spinach and suva. Cut onion slices. Dice the tomatoes.

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry sliced onions and garlic paste till the onions are soft and translucent. Add the veggies and the tomato. Cover and cook on low heat till the veggies shrink a Beet.

    Add the powder spices, mix well and cook on low heat till the tomatoes are thoroughly cooked. Some water will be seen around namaste the veggies. You can burn it if it looks too much, ut a little soup will taste nice.

    Tip: 1. for this veg to taste nice, the onion, garlic and tomatoes have to be a a Beet more in quantity. So take the quantity as.entioned in the recipe. 2. Do not dry out the veggies completely. A little soup will give you all that taste of spices and tomatoes.
