Masala bhutta in creamy spinach

First take a bunch of washed spinach add green chilli and blanche in hot water for 2 mins..

To retain the green colour.put it immediately in ice cold water and drain to stop cooking process

Now take a blender jar,add chilli,cream,garlic clove,Ginger and blend in a puree

Take 2 cups of American corns and boil them in hot water for 3-4 mins...u can also cook in steam.

Take a pan,add oil, Ginger and garlic paste,saute for a minute add Onion and red chilli,

Now add haldi, red chilli Powder,garam masala, coriander power,cumin powder,and cook for a minute.add salt accordingly

Add tomato puree and saute till oil separates

Add corns and cook in masala for a minute

Add creamy spinach and cook for a minute.add a tadka of red chilies on top. garnish with ginger julliens.
