Ingredients

  • 2 bunchspinach
  • 2Potato
  • 1tomato
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder as per taste
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chopped spinach,chopped potato

  2. 2

    Heat oil add cumin,add spinach and potato,add all spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Cook untill potato get soft

  4. 4

    Now add tomato and cook for 2 minutes and serve with roti
