Cut all the vegetables in small pieces nd keep aside..

Add some water in curd nd grind to make butter milk add Semolina in butter milk and make smooth better.

Now add all chopped vegetables in mixture.

Add dry masala like salt black pepper nd red chilli Mix well nd keep aside for 10 minute

Now put twa on flame nd pour some mixture on twa nd spread it with spoon once utpam get brown from bottom turn it slightly with spectula...

After 2 min. When its done serve hot with coriender chutney...
