Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspsoybean flour
  2. 1 tbspWheat Flour
  3. 1 tbsproasted moong daal flour
  4. 1/2 tspragi Flour
  5. 1/2 tspsinghada flour
  6. 1/2 tspRoasted white sesame powder
  7. 1 tbspcow's Ghee
  8. 2 tbspJaggery
  9. Pinchdry Ginger powder
  10. Pinchcardamom powder
  11. 2 Cupsmilk
  12. 2 tspnuts as per ur choice

Cooking Instructions

    Take one pan. Pour some ghee in it Put pan on medium flame.

    Take all flours into pan. Stir the mix till it becomes light brown.

  3. 3

    Prepare a syrup with milk and jaggery. Add this syrup to the mix in pan and stir well.

  4. 4

    Add dry ginger powder, cardamom powder, roasted white sesame powder to the mix. Stir well As soon as ghee is fully observed into mix, switch off flame Garnish with nuts Serve hot.
