  1. 12Small Onions
  2. 1Green chillI
  3. 1/2 capsicum
  4. 5Garlic pods
  5. 1/4 cupCoriander leaves
  6. 1Tomato
  7. 1Ripe avocado
  8. 1/2 Lemon
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbspOlive Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the seeds of green chillies and tomatoes and finely chop them.

  2. 2

    Finely chop small onions, capsicum, garlic, coriander leaves.

  3. 3

    Remove the avocado skin and seed and mash it well.

  4. 4

    Mix the chopped vegetables, salt and olive oil with smashed avocado.

  5. 5

    Squeeze the lemon and mix well.  Serve with chips, bread and chapati.
