Ingredients

  1. 1big ripe avocado
  2. 1 tspfinely chopped tomatoes
  3. 1 tspfinely chopped onions
  4. 1 tspfinely chopped capsicum
  5. 1 tspfinely chopped parsley
  6. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  8. 1/2 tsporegano (optional)
  9. as per tasteSalt as per taste
  10. To serve:
  11. ForRoti crisps
  12. 3rotis
  13. 1 tbspoil/ butter
  14. 1 tsporegano
  15. 1/2 tspchilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

    For the guacamole in a bowl take avocado, finely chopped onions, capsicum, tomatoes and parsley mix well.

    Then add lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano mix well and guacamole is ready.

  3. 3

    For Roti crisps apply some oil on left over rotis, sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and bake it in a preheated oven over 180°c for 12-15 minutes on middle rack both coils on, till you see a nice golden crispy roti.

    Garnish with a slice of black olive and some parsley and serve.
