Ingredients

serves 4 servings
  1. 5Mackeral big
  2. 3Garlic cloves
  3. 1/2 inchGinger
  4. 1Onion big
  5. 1Egg
  6. 4Green spicy chillies
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. HandfulCoriander leaves
  9. 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  11. 1 pinchTurmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean mackeral and boil them

  2. 2

    Finely chop all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Remove all the meat from the boiled fish,make sure there are no fish bones left in the removed meat

  4. 4

    Now add all the chopped ingredients to the fish meat also add egg and all mentioned masala powders and salt

  5. 5

    Now make flat balls and tawa fry 2 minutes each side and serve hot with rice and curry
