Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupbrown sugar
  3. as neededAlmonds
  4. As neededCashew nuts
  5. As neededPistachios
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. pinchSalt
  9. Wet ingredients
  10. 2eggs
  11. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  12. 1/4 cupoil
  13. 2-3 tspMilk
  14. 3 dropvannilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Add 2 eggs in a bowl and whist them until the colour lightens up

    Add melted butter, oil, vanilla essence and milk and whisk them until they incorporate with the egg.

    Add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt and sift them together into the mixture and fold them gently.

    Now add the brown sugar and the nuts and fold them 2 to 3 times. Add required amount of milk if the batter is too hard.

    Grease the baking pan using butter and all purpose flour or use a baking sheet.

    Preheat the oven

    Bake at 180 degree celsius for 35 to 40 mins. You can take the cake out when the tooth pick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

    Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10mins. Cut them into pieces and garnish them with honey and nuts of your choice and enjoy!!!!

    You can also make this cake by substituting yogurt instead of eggs.
