Cooking Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and make a cross cut, put in on the tawa to roast them well.

Chop onion, coriander and chilli.

After 2-3 mins flip the tomatoes
- 4
Remove the skin carefully and mash it well. Then add chopped onion, coriander and chilli. Add a dash of salt.

Mix it well. Enjoy with rice and dal.
