Cooking Instructions

Apply oil all over brinjal and nicely roast in on high flame until done.

Allow it to cool then remove the black skin and mashed it.

Now heat oil in pan add onion cook it till them little soft now add tomatoes mix it after 5-6 mins, add all regular spices mix again and cook it for 5-7 mins.

Now add mashed brinjal mix it well.

Cook again for 2-3 mins.
- 6
Serve with chappati.
