They offered me the recipe, but I forgot to ask again when I left. This is my best interpretation of what I had there. Delicious Onion Bacon Jam is one of my favorite ways to enhance a burger, top off a steak, pork chop and chicken. Eat it with cream cheese and crackers or a crusty piece of bread.I quadrupled it for canning.
