Ingredients

6 servings
  • Sourdough Bread (Cut into 1/2 inch slices)
  • Sharp Cheddar (Cut into 1/2 inch slices)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in Cast Iron pan. Spread 1 Tbsp mayonnaise on each side of each bread slice. Place mayo side down.

  2. 2

    Add cheese and the other piece of bread, mayo side up.

  3. 3

    Grill until golden brown. Flip. Repeat.

  4. 4

    Add crisped prosciutto, barbecue chips, or apples as great additions.
