Ingredients

  1. for kneading dough
  2. 2 CupMaida
  3. 1/4 tspSalt
  4. 2 tspOil
  5. for making stuffing
  6. 1 Cup (boiled)Noodles
  7. 1/4 CupCapsicum (finely chopped)
  8. 1 Onion (slice)
  9. 1/4 Carrot (finely chopped)
  10. 1-2Green chilli (finely chopped)
  11. 1/2 inch batonGinger (grated or chopped)
  12. 1 tspChilli sauce
  13. 1 tspTomato sauce
  14. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. Oil - for making stuffings and frying spring roll

Cooking Instructions

    FOR STUFFING = take a pan add oil chopped ginger, onion slice and saute then put salt, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped green chilli and saute and finally add boiled noodles and mix gently and keep it side for cooling

    FOR DOUGH = take maida add salt and 2tsp oil and water as required and knead a soft & strechy dough cover & rest with samp clothe for 1/2 an hour

    Shape into roundels, Roll into a thin chapati, Add the chowmein noodles, and roll & shape into spring roll apply some water to seal edges

  4. 4

    Now fry on medium high heat until crisp & golden brown, And cut into a pieces
