Take dates remove seed and blend kerlain.. ek pan main ghee ya butter add karain aur dates ka paste dal dain

3 min cook kerne ke baad ek bowl main nikal lain aur small balls bana lain if u have any nuts or chocolate so fill kersakte hain otherwise seesam seed oer roll up karain ta crush biscuit

We use methi almost everyday in our house , be it for breakfast , lunch or dinner.We use fresh methi in breakfast items like chilla, uttapam,dosai etc ,for lunches in subji , dals n for dinners in pulao , raita , green rice & whatever you name it.These golden methi balls are an amazing starter that can be relished with juices , as an evening snack with tea / coffee or can be added in winter vegetables like papdi , valore or with any beans ( dana) , viz .papdi- muthiya , dana muthiya, Undhiyu etc to make it a meal by itself . You can also pack these muthiya in children' s lunch box . Fresh green garlic & fresh methi make a deadly combination. Whatmore can an Indian ask for , a Desi Platter full of a bowl of methi vegetable, bajri na Rotla & a bowl of Chaas ( buttermilk ) to wash down the meal .
