Nutritious hot snack.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak split green moong dal for 6-8 hours in salted water. Deskin soaked split green moong dal. In mixer grinder add soaked moong dal, coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger. Grind into smooth paste (add 2-3 tbsp water if needed). Transfer in bowl,add whole coriander seeds, asafoetida and salt to taste.

Heat grill tawa. On it place one bread slice. On it spread 2 tbsp of prepared moong dal paste. Sprinkle little ghee. Flip over and spread 2 tbsp of moong dal paste, sprinkle little ghee. Roast on medium-low flame.

Flip as lower side turn crispy golden brown. And roast other side till crispy golden brown.

Cut into 4 triangular pieces. Similarly prepare all Moong Grill Toast.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Moong Grill Toast with tomato ketchup.
