Ingredients

  1. 1paper thin cucumber
  2. as requiredice
  3. 1/4 tspchopped dill
  4. 1dill sprig, for garnish
  5. 1 tbspagave syrup
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1 tbspfresh lime juice
  8. 1/4 cupcucumber juice
  9. 1/4 cupchilled club soda

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Press the cucumber slice against the inside of a chilled highball glass and ice.

  2. 2

    Muddle the chopped dill,agave syrup,lemon and lime juice and 1tbsp of water until syrup is dissolved.

    Add ice then cucumber juice and shake well.

  4. 4

    Pour into glasses and serve it

  5. 5

    Garnish with the dill spring.
