  2. 1lemon juice
  3. 4pudina/mint leaves
  4. 1 tspginger chopped
  5. As per taste Sugar
  6. 11/2 cupwater

    Grind beetroot with ginger.

    Add pudina, sugar and water.

    Add lemon juice. Serve with icecubes.
