Saucy Chicken Curry

Cooking Instructions

At first marinate the chicken with Chicken masala, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and minced onion (1 onion) and keep it aside for 1- 2 hours

Now, heat the oil in a pan and put bay leaves, chopped onion, green chillies, salt and fry. After sometime time add little red chilli powder and mix it and add half cup water and put the lid in a low flame and let it cook for a while.

Gently put the marinated chicken in another pan and fry the chicken, after few minutes add soya sauce and fry and put the lid.

Now, remove the lid from step 2 and put tomato sauce and gently add the fried chicken from step 3 and mix it.

Finally the chicken is ready. You can garnish with Chilly flakes or Coriander.
