  2. 3 cupscold milk
  3. 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  4. 2ice cubes
  5. 1 tspSugar/Vanilla Sugar

    Let’s take the dates and remove the seed of these.

    Let’s put the dates in the blender and add cold milk, cinnamon powder, ice cubes and add sugar/vanilla sugar.

    Blend it well till it becomes smooth to drink. Now dates shake it ready to drink🍸
