Ingredients

  1. 250 GramsReady to Cook Banana Stem
  2. 1 cupthick curd (whisked) salt to taste
  3. Fortempering-
  4. 1 teaspoonoil (Groundnut oil or any)
  5. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  6. 1/4 teaspoonurad dal/split and husked black gram
  7. 2green chillies (roughly chopped, adjust according to taste)
  8. 1 sprigcurry leaves (roughly torn)

Cooking Instructions

10 Minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a kadai/pan with oil and temper with ingredients given under ' For tempering'.

    Take Ready to Cook banana stem and add it to the kadai.

  3. 3

    Add salt and cook by stirring continuously for just one minute on high flame and switch off.

  4. 4

    Transfer it to a serving bowl.

  5. 5

    Once cooled, add thick curd and mix well.

  6. 6

    Your healthy and delicious pachadi is ready to be served.
