Cooking Instructions

Heat a kadai/pan with oil and temper with ingredients given under ' For tempering'.

Take Ready to Cook banana stem and add it to the kadai.
- 3
Add salt and cook by stirring continuously for just one minute on high flame and switch off.
- 4
Transfer it to a serving bowl.
- 5
Once cooled, add thick curd and mix well.
- 6
Your healthy and delicious pachadi is ready to be served.
