An authentic desi mango curry made with moong dal made with my own recipe turn out to be a very delicious mouth watering dishes very tasty and quick and easy to make best to be serve with rice try this recipe once..
Cooking Instructions

Peel the skin of the mangoes,and blend the mangoes in a juicer and keep the mango puree in another bowl.

Next,dry roast the spices,cumin,coriander seeds,garlic,ginger,and methi seeds.in a tawa till it's aroma comes out and grinder all the spices in a fine powder.

Then,blend the soaked moong dal in a fine paste puree and keep aside and heat the oil in a kadhai,fry the mustard seeds,till it splutter,then add chopped onion,till it's turn brown,now add red chillies,curry leaves,and saute for sometime.

Next add the moong dal puree and stir for sometime till it's half done and add mango puree,and mix all the ingredients properly. Stir for a min,add the roasted spices powder and salt,and cooked for sometime. Add jaggery and Stir minute by minute with a spatula to avoid stickiness add 1 cup of water to bring it a boil.and cooked for sometime till it's done.

While cooking the mango curry,check the salt if required add little bit of salt.switch off the flame if it's done with the cooking.

Healthy moong and mango curry is ready to serve wirh rice. Garnish it with curry pata and red chillies.
