Ingredients

  1. 1kiwi
  2. 1 tsplemon juice
  3. 1 pinchblack salt(optional)
  4. to taste Sugar syrup
  5. as neededIce crushed
  6. 1 glasssoda
  7. 8pudina(mint) leaves

    First we can prepare sugar syrup by boiling 4tsp of sugar and water till it combine well.

    Cool syrup and keep aside.To prepare serving glass coat the glass top first with lemon juice and then in powdered sugar.

    Peel off kiwi and cut into small pieces.Crush/mudle this with pudina leaves.

    Add kiwi crush to serving glass.Add sugar syrup as required.I added tsp syrup.Also add black salt.

    Add lemon Juice and crushed ice above it.Then add soda.Serve kiwi mocktail garnishing with kiwi slice and pudina leaves.

    Note:you can make juice of kisi in blender and add if you don't like crush
