  1. 2 cupfinely chopped spring onions
  2. 1medium size Tomato finely chopped
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 pinchasafoetida
  6. as neededOil
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot add asfoitida, turmeric and tomato. Mix it well and let cook without cover it. Add spring onions. Also add red chilli powder and salt.

    Let it cook again for 2 more minutes. Ready to serve.
