Ingredients

40 mins
3 to 4 servings
  1. 1 cupjowar (white millet) flour
  2. 2 tsp besan
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1finely chopped onion
  5. 1/4 tspchilli powder
  6. 1/4 tsproasted coriander and cumin powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. to tastesalt
  9. as neededoil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients except oil and knead into a soft dough.

    Divide the dough into 3 to 4 balls and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Take a ball and put it on the greased griddle and flatten it with your hand till it becomes medium chapati size.

  4. 4

    Make 4-5 holes with your finger and put little oil in each hole.

  5. 5

    Repeat with the remaining balls to make more thalipeeths.

  6. 6

    Serve hot. Enjoy!
