  1. 2 CupsMethi finely chopped
  2. 1/2 cupMaize flour
  3. 1/2 cupBesan
  4. 1/2Jowar flour
  5. 1/2 cupBajra flour
  6. 2 spoonscrushed green chillies, ginger and garlic
  7. 1 tsp.Turmeric Powder
  8. 1/2 tsp.asafoetida
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. as required Oil to add in the atta
  11. as requiredOil to fry the Muthiya
  12. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Collect all ingredients together. Bind to a dough with some water. Give rest for 30 minutes.

    Heat up the oil. Take some dough and shape it like Muthiya.

  3. 3

    Fry it until it becomes golden in color. You can serve hot with tea or add with sabzi.
