Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cups basmati rice
  2. 3-4 tbsp oil
  3. 1bay leaves
  4. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  5. 4cloves
  6. 1cinnamon stick
  7. 3 green cardamoms
  8. 2tomatoes, chopped
  9. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  10. 2-3green chilli ,finely chopped
  11. 2 cupschopped methi
  12. 1/2 cuppeas
  13. 1/2 tbspred chili powder
  14. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  15. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  16. as per tasteSalt
  17. 3 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice soak it for 20 mins.

    Now take chopped methi wash it and cut it.

    Now take a cooker add oil, cumin, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamom and fry it for 1 sec then add green chilli, ginger garlic paste and mix it for 2 sec.

    Now add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 5 mins.

    Then add chopped methi then mix it well then add green peas and roasted for 2 mins.

    Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander powder and mix it well and after 1 sec and add soak rice mix well and add water.

    Cook it for 1 vessel and off the flame after that that when the vessel complete open the cooker lid.

    Ready it serve
