  3. 10-13Cashew
  4. 1 tbspFinely chopped green coriander
  5. 1-2 tbspGhee
  6. 1 inch Ginger piece
  7. 1/2Lemon
  8. as requiredWhole garam masala
  9. 5Black pepper
  10. 3 Cloves
  11. 1Cinnamon stick
  12. 1Green chili finely chopped
  13. 1/2 tspCumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat cooker for making green pea pulao.once rightly hot,add ghee then cumin seeds.reduce flame.

    Add ginger, chopped green chili and saute.add cashews and roast until slightly pink.

    Add green peas to it stir and saute for 1 minute.

    Then add rice previously socked in water for 20 minutes.stir and saute these for 1minute.keep flame medium.

    Add water,salt garam masala.mix well.add lemon juice.close the lead of the cooker until 1 whistle then turn off flame.wait till pressure escapes.

    Check the pulao,stir it lightly to make it more grainy.keep it open.

    Serve.
