Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBasmati Rice
  2. 1 cupcorn
  3. 1 cupmethi
  4. 1big onion
  5. 1 tsp.Chopped garlic
  6. 2 tbspghee
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1 tbspoil
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1cardamom
  11. 1cinnamon stick
  12. 4-5black pepper
  13. 2-3cloves
  14. 1green chilli
  15. as per taste Salt
  16. 1/2 tsp.Turmeric powder
  17. 1/2 tsp.Garam masala
  18. As required Curd to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Wash 2-3 times and soak rice for 1/2 Chop methi leaves wash n rinse. Cut the onion into slices.

    Heat ghee n oil in a cooker add All khadamasala cumin seeds chopped green chilli n chopped garlic. Saute till garlic turn into red colour add onion n saute add salt n turmeric powder mix properly. Now add methi leaves corn n garam masala to saute for a min.Add1/2cup water to mix all masala. N add soaked rice with water. Total 2cup water. Bring one boil cover the lid n pressure cook make 2-3whistle. Turn off flame. Remove air n open immediately. Take out bay leaf n cinemon stick.

    Tasty healthy Corn methi pulao is ready to serve with Curd. Garnish with burnt garlic corn n methi.
