Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 tspinstant yeast
  3. 1/2 cupwarm milk
  4. 1/4 cupolive oil
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1garlic pod
  8. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves(chopped)
  9. 1/4 cupbutter
  10. 1/2 cupgrated mozerella cheese
  11. 1 tspchilli flakes
  12. 1 tsporegano

Cooking Instructions

    Take milk on a bowl,add sugar and yeast,mix,cover and leave for 10 minutes.

    In a big mixing bowl take wheat flour,add salt.After 10 minutes yeast is activated well,so add the yeast mixture to flour.

    Mix and add 2 tbsp oil to make a soft dough.Knead for 5 minutes.

    Then transfer the dough on kitchen top and knead for 10 more minutes.Add oil in between.Now dough is elastic enough.

    Tuck and put in the bowl.Apply some oil on the dough.Cover and keep in a warm place for 2 hours.

    After 2 hours dough is risen, roll into a round chapati.

    Meanwhile melt butter in a bowl,add chopped coriander leaves and chopped garlic too.

    Spread the above mixture on chapati,add oregano and chilli flakes.Add cheese also on half part.

    Fold the sheet to give a semicircular shape.Seal the edges.Apply some butter on top.Add chilli flakes,coriander leaves and oregano also.

    Make some cut on top of the bread.

    Meanwhile preheat an oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.

    Bake the bread at 180 °c for 15-20 minutes.

    Take out,garlic bread is ready to be served.
