Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  1. 1large onion
  2. 1medium tomato
  3. 1medium capsicum
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 2 tsporegano
  6. 2 tspchilli flakes
  7. 1/4 cupshredded cheese (processed or moazarella)
  8. 5 piecesbread slices
  9. as per requirementPizza sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes

    Chop the vegetables into small pieces or long, as per your liking and add little salt to them. Deseed the tomato before chopping.

    Spread the veggies on bread slices.

  3. 3

    You can smear the bread with pizza sauce before spreading the veggies, I did some like this.

    Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on the veggies.

    Add shredded cheese on top of the veggies, I didn’t have mozzarella so used processed cheese, you can use either.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 5-8 minutes till the cheese melts and the bottom is crisp.

    You can add more oregano/ chilli flakes on top before serving.
