#hnv used to boil eggs earlier also but today tried something different with them as kids got bored eating the same old boiled eggs So changed them into Deviled Eggs 😉
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take the electric kettle and add water to it and put six eggs and turn it on. I personally boil the eggs in the electric kettle and they turn out to be perfect. If you don’t have the kettle you can boil them in the pan also.
- 2
Now put some water in the bowl and add ice cubes to it. Transfer the eggs in the bowl containing ice cold water
- 3
The white cover of the eggs come out easily by Putting the eggs in the ice cold water. Tap the eggs gently onto the kitchen slab and peel off-the white shell of the egg
- 4
Now cut the eggs into two halves and separate its yellow part. Keep the white half aside
- 5
Put the yellow of the eggs in a bowl and mash it with a fork
- 6
To it add cheddar cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped carrots, chilli flakes, salt, oregano, chilli powder and mix well
- 7
The mixture looks some what like this👇
- 8
Now fill this into the egg whites with a spoon. You can use a piping bag also to fill the egg whites
- 9
Garnish it with coriander leaves and pieces of masala pappad and they are ready to be served for breakfast

My dad always made deviled eggs this way when I was growing up. I swear, for more than a couple decades, I thought EVERYONE made them this way, that there WAS no other recipe! Yes, I can be pretty dense at times. Deviled eggs is a dish I just can't do by measuring ingredients. Sorry, but it's by look, consistency and taste. Maggie Conlon -
Deviled Eggs in a Salad Deviled Eggs in a Salad
Have you went to make deviled eggs and part of the hard boiled egg is torn by peeling the shells off? If so here is a good way of dealing with it. Slice the messed up part off and put that messed up part in to the salad part. I would have had 12 deviled Eggs in the salad but only 7 of them were not messed up so the other 5 egg halves went into the salad mix. skunkmonkey101
