  12. as requried Coriander leaves and one Masala pappad for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

Take the electric kettle and add water to it and put six eggs and turn it on. I personally boil the eggs in the electric kettle and they turn out to be perfect. If you don’t have the kettle you can boil them in the pan also.

  2. 2

Now put some water in the bowl and add ice cubes to it. Transfer the eggs in the bowl containing ice cold water

  3. 3

The white cover of the eggs come out easily by Putting the eggs in the ice cold water. Tap the eggs gently onto the kitchen slab and peel off-the white shell of the egg

  4. 4

Now cut the eggs into two halves and separate its yellow part. Keep the white half aside

  5. 5

Put the yellow of the eggs in a bowl and mash it with a fork

  6. 6

To it add cheddar cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped carrots, chilli flakes, salt, oregano, chilli powder and mix well

  7. 7

The mixture looks some what like this👇

  8. 8

Now fill this into the egg whites with a spoon. You can use a piping bag also to fill the egg whites

  9. 9

Garnish it with coriander leaves and pieces of masala pappad and they are ready to be served for breakfast
