Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupboiled fenugreek
  2. 4chopped Papad
  3. 2 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspHaldi powder
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. 3 cupswater
  9. 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1/4 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Then add cumin.

  2. 2

    Crackle cumin seeds, add fenugreek, and cook for 1 minute then add all dry masalas.

    Add water and let it boil.

  4. 4

    Add papad and cook for 5 minutes then add coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Papad sabji is ready.
