Ingredients

  1. 4parsnips, roughly chopped
  2. 2potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  3. 1onion, peeled and quatered
  4. 1garlic clove, peeled
  5. 1 tspmixed herbs
  6. Enough water to just cover the vegetables

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add everything to a small to medium saucepan. Boil for 15 minutes or until all the vegetables are soft and fully cooked through.

  2. 2

    Using a hand blender, blitz until its a smooth puree.
