  1. 250 grampaneer
  2. 2onions
  3. 2tomato
  4. 5-6garlic cloves
  5. 1/2 inchginger
  6. 1/4 cupcashewnuts
  7. 2 tbspbutter
  8. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tspkasuri methi
  11. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1 tspsugar
  14. 1/2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Gather ingredients.chop onion and tomato. Soak cashewnuts in water for 15minutes.

    Add butter in a pan. Cook ginger, garlic, onion and tomato. Cool it and then grind to make paste.

    Heat a pan, add butter, add masalas and the paste. Cook till oil release. Add kasuri methi,cream,paneer, salt and sugar and let it cook.

    Shahi paneer is ready.
