Yummy, gooey and chocolaty with all the goodness of Cocoa powder. Delish brownies that one can lay their hands upon. Gooey Chocolaty wonder that no one can ever resist. It is on top of my menu card on almost any occasion. It practically tops the chart in my house. These rich and Chocolaty Brownies have dense centre with crinkly top as well as perfectly fudgy and gooey. Actually the Cocoa powder used plays an important role in these gorgeous Brownies. I have used Urban Platter brand of Cocoa powder. Not only this, the ingredients and their exact measurements plus the baking time and temperature also matters a lot. Only then you get to whip amazing Brownies. And with a few trials and errors, you will get fantastic results.

Ingredients

6-7 servings
  1. 1 1/4 cupsAll Purpose Flour or Maida
  2. 1 1/4 cupsUrban Platter Cocoa Powder
  3. 4Eggs
  4. 3/4 cupButter
  5. 1 1/2 cupPowdered Sugar
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspBaking powder
  8. 1 tspVanilla Essence

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven on 180° at first. Keep a parchment paper lined square baking tray all ready.

    Place Butter and Chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water on a low heat. (Do not let the bowl touch the water) Stir with a metal spoon until melted.

    Remove from heat and quickly stir in the rest of the ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix. Transfer it into the baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the skewer inserted to check comes out with moist crumbs clinging to it.

    Let this cool completely and then slice to enjoy these cracky, crisp and warm Brownies with a dollop of your favourite Ice-cream.
